I went against what I’m on record for telling 3 Philadelphia news outlets…

I didn’t put an oddly shaped gift in a box! 🫢

Forever I will stand by putting an oddly shaped gift in a box for 3 reasons:

1️⃣It’s SOOOOOO much easier to wrap. Yup, I said it.
2️⃣Wrap a basketball and then watch the receipt act surprised.
3️⃣Easy transportation without fear of ripping the paper.

Truth be told, I tried wrapping this bottle in kraft paper and it ripped. I tried again with a different kind of paper and it ripped again. So I went back to what I knew was tried and true. Fabric! And I just love burlap! What do you think?!

Do they make gift bags for wine? Yes.
Is this kind of look cooler? Yes.
Did my customer love it? YES!
Did I create video content from this? No.

Sorry! Someone bring me another wine bottle to wrap and I promise to record.

In a former corporate life, an ice breaker was asked in a team meeting, “What’s your dream job?”

Huh? Was I going to get fired for saying… “certainly not this…”

But if you know me, I was candid.

1) I would wrap gifts all day
2) Be heavily involved in the decision making behind sports Game Day Fits

No lie, I said it. And every person in the meeting nodded in agreement.

I’m a long way from being involved in picking @oregonfootball ‘s uniforms every Saturday in the fall, but being officially licensed as a crafter by @clcbrands is a dream come true. And to be able to wrap my customer’s gifts in our designs… priceless.
