At Wrapping Papered, each booking is thoughtfully prepared with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because our time and materials are reserved specifically for your event or appointment, we ask that all clients review our cancellation policy below.
Corporate Clients
A non-refundable deposit as per agreed upon contract is required to secure your event date.
If a corporate event is canceled by the Client within one (1) week of the scheduled date, the full estimated balance will be due to Wrapping Papered. This ensures coverage for materials, design work, and staffing already allocated to your event.
In the unlikely event that Wrapping Papered must cancel your booking, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Individual Clients
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking gift wrapping services.
If you are unable to make your appointment with Wrapping Papered, we ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to reschedule or notify Wrapping Papered will result in your deposit being forfeited. We appreciate your understanding, as each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
In the unlikely event that Wrapping Papered must cancel your booking, your deposit will be fully refunded.
